Register and verify your driving license: Simply download the APP (iOS or Android), register and have your driving license verified. As soon as your account is activated, you can start.
Set off: open the app, find the next eBike and reserve it free of charge. Once you arrive at the scooter, you can unlock the scooter using the app and jet off straight away.
End rental: You can park the scooter anywhere within our business area and end the rental via the app.
In the event of damage or an accident, comprehensive insurance applies, which corresponds to the scope of a fully comprehensive including partially comprehensive insurance (with deductible). You pay a maximum of 350 EUR (Govecs Schwalbe, NIU NQi-Series, Yadea G5L), provided the damage was not caused willfully or through gross negligence.
